Discovery Cove
Orlando's newest Ocean
adventure is Discovery Cove Sea World. This
new 'park' is located next to Sea world in Orlando
as well as operated by Sea world.
 Guests of the park can swim with dolphins, snorkel
coral reefs with sunken ships, swim with sting rays
or just meander down a tropical river with waterfalls
and lagoons. Swim under a waterfall and you emerge
in an aviary with 200 tropical birds. Packages
are available at Discovery Cove that include a swim
with the dolphins and access to the sting ray pool
and other areas of the park.
Discovery Cove™ is an exclusive, reservations-only family adventure in which guests experience the most exciting animal encounters the world has to offer, including swimming and playing with dolphins. Guests can also snorkel with thousands of tropical fish in our Coral Reef and touch, feed and mingle with hundreds of colorful birds in the free-flight Aviary.
From the West (Lake Buena Vista/Tampa):
- Take I-4 East (toward Orlando) to exit 71. This is the SeaWorld exit.
- Bear right onto Central Florida Parkway when exiting ramp.
- The entrance to Discovery Cove is on the right hand side of Central Florida Parkway, past the sign for SeaWorld Orlando.
From the North (Downtown Orlando, Universal Studios, Sanford, Deland):
- Take I-4 West to exit 72 (Beeline Expressway/FL-528/Airport).
- Once on the Beeline, take the first exit (International Drive).
- At traffic light, turn left. (You will be driving on International Drive.)
- At the second light, turn right onto Central Florida Parkway.
- The entrance to Discovery Cove is on the left hand side of Central Florida Parkway.
From the East (Cocoa, Cape Canaveral, Titusville Area):
- Take FL-528 (Beeline Expressway) west to the International Drive exit.
- Make a left onto International Drive.
- Make a right onto Central Florida Parkway at the third traffic light.
- The entrance to Discovery Cove is on the left hand side of Central Florida Parkway.
Driving Directions to Busch Gardens Tampa from Orlando:
- Travel WEST on I-4 to I-75. Go NORTH on I-75 to the FOWLER AVENUE exit #265.
- Bear left on the exit ramp, and it will lead you directly onto Fowler Avenue.
- Proceed west on Fowler Avenue to McKinley Avenue. Turn Left on McKinley.
- Proceed south on McKinley to parking and the main entrance to the park.
